Design, project management, cost control and supervision for works associated an Effluent Plant Carousal Aeration Cooling System to cool the output from the plant before it discharges into the local river to comply with Environment Protection Agency (EPA) guideline. The works include of the installation of a new chilled water-cooling system for the existing effluent treatment air agitation blower arrangement and include packaged air-cooled chillers, chilled water piping, stainless steel air flow piping.
