Design, project management, cost control and supervision for works associated with the complete replacement of steam boilers and all pipework. Our works included management of the all parties including the structural engineering and construction teams.
The works included a phased removal of 5 No. steam boilers and installation of. 1 No. 30,000 kg/hr 30 barg (20,700 KW ) Water Tube boiler and 2 No 20,000 kg/hr 12 barg (13,800 KW ) Fire Tube Three Pass boilers while ensuring steam was available for the process works at all times. Each boiler can be fired by natural gas, bio gas, Ethanol and light oil .
