Design, project management, cost control and supervision for works associated with a new central Chilled Water Compound installation works. Our works include management of the all parties including structural engineering and construction teams.

The project includes construction of a two-storey plant to house 2 No. 2,000 KW Ammonia refrigeration chillers with associated evaporator’s, 2 No. 2.0 MV transformers & switchgear, Motor Control centres, Chilled water distribution pumps. The ground floor plantroom is an ATEX rated environment.

Works include relocation of existing evaporators and phased modifications of existing services to ensure the changeover works did not impact on the provision of services at all times within a live food processing facility.
