Project management of all works including structural engineering and construction teams for the second phase of €90 M scheme to permit food production process diversification works. The scheme included the installation of five 293 Cu M silos and installation of a pipe & cabling rack to serve the silos. All equipment was craned in phases to ensure there were no blockages to a demanding schedule of deliveries and despatches for a live food processing facility.
