BUILDING PERFORMANCE SIMULATION
At Carmody Engineering we employ the latest software packages to carry out Dynamic Thermal Simulations. Thermal Analysis is an aid to ensure passive design techniques are incorporated into buildings to develop successful building services systems and strategies by simulating predicted building performance against climatic data.
Building Modelling techniques permits assessments of conceptual decisions on occupant comfort, energy consumption early in the design stage.
The use of associated Mechanical software packages allows us to carry out simple and complex calculations quickly and easily for mechanical building services such as: Heating & Chilled Water Pipework and Ventilation systems.
