Our brief included design of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services and Part L assessment. To avoid external plant heating to apartments is from an exhaust air heat recovery system to reclaim heat from wet rooms within each apartment serving water-based wall mounted radiators.
The apartments and above common areas above ground are fully served by a central sprinkler system.
As part of the planning requirements public road lighting was included along with a bat sensitive lighting scheme for a new bridge linking the development to an existing public park.
