Complete refurbishment of a three storey 3 bedroom dwelling to achieve an A2 rated installation by the provision of new air source heat pumps, Heat Recovery Ventilation and a Photo Voltaic (PVs) system.

As this is a red brick Heritage house particular attention was made to work with the design & construction teams to ensure the property is air-tight and the correct insulation solutions were provided.

A comprehensive lighting controls system is included to enable control of the system via a touch screen or an app.

The dwelling is provided with a Home Automation platform through a dedicated touch screen and app to provide a single control system to control and /or interface to smart lighting system, smart plug smart appliances, water system monitoring, motorised window blinds, sound systems and security systems.

The home automation system is compatible with Google Assistant, Apple Home Kit, Amazon Alexa and all IFTTT equipment & systems.

We provided the Part L certification reports, BER Certificate and applied to SEAI for grants for insulation and energy efficient equipment & systems.
